Alright, well I didn't post for quite some time. I TRIED to post a few days ago and it screwed up so...i gave up Lol. Anyway..

My birthday was yesterday, wednesday =). Finally 14..
I also went to watch The Guardian, some movie about coast guards.
Took a whole morning about a week ago to fix my ps2 =)

EXAMS ARE OVER! WHOOT.

Oh and since I didn't go to school today, I couldn't get my geography marks, but who cares I PASSED EVERYTHING =D.

Oh, the past saturday I went out with Sm and Brendan to go play LAN. While they played battle for middle earth, I wanted to try a different game and I foolishly started up F.E.A.R ( I think it's an acronym for First Encounter Assault Recon ) and I have to say it's really creepy. I think I'll review on it.

Okay anyway, F.E.A.R is basically a first-person shooter game where you take the role of a soldier in a paranormal team or something, I don't know. Playing F.E.A.R is the equivalent of being in a horror movie. Seriously. I'll write a short summary of what happens in the first stage.

Well, you walk out of a car and you enter a building where a rat is hiding in some garbage. ( For the fun of it, I shot the rat and blood splattered everywhere. Sorry, animal lovers. ) Then you would jump over a table and as you round a corner a mist which resembles a face moves along the corridor and you're presented with some bloody head, and literally bloody head on the screen. As you continue down, theres a doorway blocked off on it's top part by planks across the room. A guy walks past the corridor and you can only see his legs. While he does that, the creepy high pitched sound you get in movies plays ( This was when I got spooked out and stopped playing and sm took over. ). Then, as you continue on, you meet a fellow soldier and then you start to hallucinate, hearing voices and seeing everything in slow-motion. When you enter a room with a dead guy on a chair, you stop hallucinating and the soldier reappears. Then, you'll have to make your way up a rooftop where a small walkway joins another rooftop. As you walk along it, a bloody guy ( and I literally mean BLOODY ) surprises you by swinging a piece of plank in your face. He then talks to you with some soldiers in the background. After that, you just get up and make your way down to the room with the dead guy in a chair, and the level ends with you in a helicopter.

The game is quite realistic, and I would rate it's realism, not counting it's existance of ghosts, close to Half-Life 2. It's physics engine isn't really that realistic as half life 2, since when I shot an oil drum it didn't budge, and it would only move when I banged into it. It did roll however, when i jumped on top of it and walked around on it like I was on a rolling log Lol. Also, unlike Half-life 2, the legs of the player actually exist! Half life and half life 2 puts you in the body of a legless scientist Lol. When getting up after a fall ( like after getting whacked in the face wth a plank ) or sliding down a rope from a helicopter, the hand and legs are visible as the camera shows the point of view of the person as they do the action.

Overall, If I had to rate it, I would give it a 6 out of 10. 2 points lower than what I would give it if i wasn't actually scared. But together with the scary parts, I would give it a total of 8 out of 10.

Here's a video of this Ps2 Game called Fatal Frame 2: The Crimson Butterfly, the second game of the 3 current ones. Well, basically it's story is about these two sisters who wandered into a lost village and they were trapped within it. Coincidentally, a ritual was about to start and one sister had to kill the other. One sister got possessed by the last woman that was sacrificed and she wanted to kill the other sister. So the other sister goes around looking for her um..sister. Count how many "sisters" I've already used in this post. Well, as you may guess, looking for her sister isn't that easy with all the ghosts around. Unlike other games where you can actually look away from the ghost and you can still kill it, the point of this game is that to kill the ghost, you have to literally LOOK at it. Using a "weapon" called the Camera Obscura, you have to take pictures of the ghosts to get rid of them. Creepy huh?



Oh and the sisters are hot. Lol.

Here's a movie trailer for you. It's for the movie "The Lake House", some kind of time travel movie ( It doesnt involve flying cars that go back in time when it hits 80 mph ). It was released early this year. It's a cool movie.

I've just reformatted my comp. Some problems with the old OS so I installed a different one. Now my comp's so clean and fast, without all the crap in my c drive ( Now all the crap is in my external Hdd ). It seems that my warcraft became slightly faster. My sims 2 is screwed up so I gotta go reinstall it sometime next week.
Some other programs are causing slight problems too. I'll get to reinstalling them eventually. I accidentally forgot to transfer over my bookmarks before reformatting them..So, I lost them O_O. Lol.

Anyway, my art exam was yesterday. The toilet was wet like hell after it. Haha. I think my art was kinda screwed up. One streak of brown due to an accidental water spill O_O Lol.

Oh and I found this commercial the day before my art exam.

I have to say, from experience, that the gravity gun DOES Rate off the charts. I mean, who could resist grabbing a toilet and blasting it at alien zombies at high velocities? Lol. Anyway, if anyone hasn't played Half-Life 2, I suggest getting it and trying it out. the physics in the game is really realistic. It runs on the Source engine.

Alrighty, my maths exams are over. It was the HARDEST EXAM EVER....That is if you define Hardest as fricking easy. Super blardy easy larh....Only one or two questions may be screwed up. The rest are quite easy.
Haha anyway..2 more exam days left, not counting the TIMSS Survey.

Haiz~ Boring day..

Woke up at 11 then straight away turn on music...Listened to the rainbow connection all day long hahaz
My comp's starting to screw up alr..Music kept on skipping and its starting to lag like hell..More than what it ussually does. Oh I got stuff working in Gmod alr..Gravity gloves working properly and I got the freespace map working. Makes me wanna buy Halflife2 episode one.. The name is damn ironic, why don't they just name it Halflife 3 instead? or maybe Half life 2.1 or something ah whatever. Did a recent scan of my comp, and there were barely any viruses on my comp at all, though my comp is lagging like crap.

Exams started! English p1, Geography and oral done! Now all thats left is um...Paper 2, history, Mt, lit, maths and art. At least i've got my mask done =D
